2-Naphthalene Sulfonic Acid

This product is an important chemical intermediate widely used in the dye, textile, and leather industries for the production of dye intermediates such as 2-naphthol, 2-naphthol sulfonic acid, 1,3,6-naphthalene trisulfonic acid, 2-naphthylamine sulfonic acid, etc. As a dehydrogenation catalyst, it can be condensed with formaldehyde to produce diffusion agent N (diffusion agent NNO). It is also used as a biochemical reagent and experimental reagent for the determination of peptone and protein.
