5-Bromo-6-chloro-3-indolylb-D-glucuronide

This product is used to detect the activity of β - glucuronidase in gut microbiota. Used for diagnosing certain genetic metabolic diseases, such as mucopolysaccharidosis. Applied to enzyme immunoassay (ELISA), it can also be used as a substrate to detect the activity of target enzymes, such as in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, for detecting the interaction between antigens and antibodies.
