Product Details
This product is a special calcium ion chelating agent. EGTA has a Kd of 60.5 nM at physiological pH (7.4) and exhibits high specificity for Ca2+compared to Mg2+. EGTA significantly inhibits the substrate adhesion ability of inflammatory macrophages.
