Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminoethane

This product is widely used in acute metabolic and respiratory acidosis. It is an alkaline buffer that has a good buffering effect on metabolic acidosis and enzyme activity reactions. Widely used in the preparation of buffer solutions for biochemical and molecular biology experiments. Used for protein crystal growth under different pH conditions. It is also one of the main components of protein electrophoresis buffer.
