3,3′,5,5′-Tetramethylbenzidine

This product reacts with hydrogen peroxide under the catalysis of peroxidase to produce a blue product, which is a new and safe chromogenic reagent. Compared with traditional chromogenic reagents such as benzidine, ortho toluidine, and ortho phenylenediamine, TMB has the advantages of high detection sensitivity, good stability, and safe use.
