5-Bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate, disodium salt

This product is used for AP labeled ELISA detection. As an enzyme labeling reagent, it can bind with alkaline phosphatase and be used to detect the presence of proteins, nucleic acids, or other biomolecules. Used in chemiluminescence detection, as a substrate, it reacts with alkaline phosphatase to produce blue, purple, or red precipitates, which can be detected by visible light or chemiluminescence methods.
